Time Media Group Ltd Terms and Conditions of Service
BY ENTERING AGREEMENT, YOU EXPLICITLY AGREE TO COMPLY WITH AND BE BOUND BY THESE TERMS AND ALL TERMS, POLICIES AND GUIDELINES INCORPORATED BY REFERENCE HEREIN. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO ALL PROVISIONS OF THESE TERMS, DO NOT AGREE TO THIS SERVICE, THEREFORE, PLEASE ENSURE THE TERMS ARE READ AND UNDERSTOOD.
These Terms do not alter in any way the terms or conditions of any other agreement you may have with Time Media Group Limited or its affiliates for products, services or otherwise Time Media Group Limited does not reserve the right to change or modify any of the terms and conditions contained in the Agreement, or any policy or guideline of the Agreement, at any time unless agreed by the Advertiser.
Eligibility
Upon signature, you represent and warrant that you have the right, authority, and capacity to enter into this Agreement and to abide by all of the Terms and Conditions as outlined on the Agreement.
You further represent and warrant that all information you submit is truthful and accurate. If you provide any information that is untrue, inaccurate, not current, or incomplete Time Media Group Limited reserves the right to suspend or Terminate the Advertisement immediately.
You are solely responsible for all content published or displayed in your Advertisement.
Ownership and Copyright
Unless otherwise stated, the Publications, the Website, and all text, images, marks, logos and other content contained herein, including, without limitation, the Time Media Group Limited logo and all designs, text, graphics, pictures, information, data and all other files are the proprietary property of Time Media /Group Limited. Hence, the use of any robot, spider, site search/retrieval application, or other automated device, process or means to access, retrieve, scrape, or index the site or any site Content is prohibited.
Trademarks
Time Media Group Limited’s logo and all other product or service names or slogans displayed on the Agreements, Publications, Website or any other material it is contained, are registered and/or common law trademarks of Time Media Group Limited,
Deposit and Payment
A minimum deposit of 25% of the total cost of the Agreement, is payable to Time Media Group Limited upon signature, unless otherwise agreed. This deposit is fully refundable to the Client only if the Advertisement fails to go ahead within the contracted term, or a suitable, Contract related alternative is not available. For any other reasons the "deposit" is non-refundable to the Advertiser.
Clients Consent to the payment terms to be taken as per the Agreement entered into.
Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability
Time Media Group Limited makes no warranties or representations about the accuracy or completeness of the Client’s content or the content of any Features linked to its Publications and assumes no liability or responsibility for, but not limited to: (i) mistakes, errors or inaccuracies in Content; (ii) personal injury or property damage, of any nature whatsoever, resulting from this Agreement or provided Services; (iii) any indirect economic loss.
The foregoing limitation of liability shall apply to the fullest extent permitted by law in the jurisdiction of England & Wales. Any liability of Time Media Group Limited is Limited to the amount of the Contracted term only.
Severability
If any provision of these Terms is deemed unlawful, void or for any reason unenforceable, the remaining Terms and Conditions remain enforceable.
