CUSTOMER SERVICE ADVISOR
The duties of this position are to carry out a range of core Operational, Credit Control and Customer Service activities, which mean the applicant must be adaptable.
Day to day administrative tasks includes responding to routine queries, data input and referring any unusual or non-routine situations to relevant departments and resolution of Customer Service queries.
Breakdown of some of the duties required of the role:
Receive and route incoming and outgoing calls.
Maintaining records and filing systems, retrieving information as required.
To organise and print contact details for the sales team
Collate and issue documentation as required.
Take messages, deal with enquiries and resolve or escalate as necessary.
To provide word processing support as required.
Respond to Customer Service Emails and calls.
Send welcome packs to new customers.
ADHOC tasks to other departments and management.
The Successful Applicant Requirements
Basic word processing and database skills using Microsoft Office.
Ability to prioritise own workload and meet deadlines with support where required.
Ability to communicate clearly and concisely with people at all levels both internally and externally.
Adaptable, with a positive attitude.
Previous experience in working for an Advertising Company is desirable but not essential as full training will be given.
